It alerts you to all the daily sounds in your home with add-on transmitters such as the alarm clock, door, phone, baby, and alarm sound from your audio alarms, warnings from your motion detectors and storm warning from your NOAA radio and more*. It has a bright built-in flasher, a selectable loud yet pleasant audible sound and a powerful bed shaker to alert you. There is no installation needed for the CA360, and all operations are wireless.

I watched the video of the Serene Innovations CentralAlert CA-360 Alarm Clock with Remote Receiver. I don't understand how the doorbell works with an existing doorbell. Can you explain it?
The push button doorbell transmitter is intended to be used in places without a traditional doorbell system. The push button sends a wireless signal to the CA360 main unit and receivers to notify when someone is at the door.
The CADX doorbell sensor is intended to work with an existing doorbell system with a chime box. The CADX is battery operated so it can be easily mounted up on a wall next to a chime box, its equipped with an internal microphone that listens for the sound of the doorbell and when the doorbell goes off it triggers the CADX to send a wireless signal to any of the Central Alert receivers and notify you that someone is at the door.

I bought this product about three years ago, 2015.. It was wonderful for me at first but this time, the clock, receiver and one of audio alarm sensors are not working. I only had this product for 3 years- completely worthless and I couldn't believe i spent so much money on this product, over $300!!!! This product should be last longer but it is not. I'm not too happy for wasting my money on this product.

I really liked how the doorbell is connected to the alarm clock. The alarm clock was easy to set up. The receiver is really nice and also easy to set up. I have it sitting on my desk while I work. The only con is the vibrator isn't as strong as my previous vibrator from Sonic Boom. But I still do wake up from the alarm. The light on top of the clock is nice, especially if I wake up in the middle of the night, just one push of a button. I would definitely recommend this product to other Deaf/Hard of Hearing individuals.

CA-360 alarm clock, vibrator and receiver - the clock is a little confusing but once I got the hang of it, I'm a pro! Vibrator is a little too weak for heavy sleeper. Took me about 10 minutes to recongize that the alarm went off. Receiver is pretty good if it is a good visual/feeling (not that bright or powerful enough if left on a table and you are sitting on the floor). Overall, I rate this device as 4 stars!

I have the kit along with audio sensor transmitter CAAX and loved the sense of security at home. I have a NEST Fire/Smoke/CA alarm which is combatable with Serene. I rather use Nest Doorbell/Camera and I am ordering CADX (Door Knock/Chime Transmitter) for my doorbell chime to ease the confusion to guests who could not decide to press regular doorbell or Serene doorbell.
The bedshaker has been great and gives a sufficient vibrating/shaking for me. My wife loves the 2nd alarm with 2nd bedshaker.
The Remote Receiver has been great because you can press Reset button on the Remote Receiver to turn off the flashing which also turns off the flashing/vibrating with clock upstairs. I had another product which I had to turn off the Remote Receiver downstairs and had to run upstairs to turn off the clock but not this Serene products!
