I could not get this to work. I called your company for assistance; however, was disappointed to find that the representative are the one to provide technical assistance. The representative that I spoke to was not very helpful; however, did provide number to the manufacture. It would be helpful to have somone that is fimiliar with the equipment that you are having problems with. I will be returning this product.

I am very easily startled when people approach me and I don't see them but I have not wanted to keep my office door closed as I have difficulty hearing staff knocking. As a potential solution, I finally caved in and bought this product. TERRIBLE. Sadly, I think my co-workers were more disappointed than I am because they are still making me jump! First I hung it on the door as recommended but it never lit up so then I actually tried taking velcro and trying to strategically place it where it might work best. Hasn't work more than once and that is after someone was basically pounding on the door. Makes me very hesitant to try another product... ***It is possible you did not set it up at the right angle to detect motion or your office is too busy of an environment to be accurate. We suggest the Door Knock Transmitter (HC-CADX), which was made specifically to sense when someone knocks on the door. -Diglo***

I placed the CA-MX near the door at office so I can know who is walking in and out of office. I have been doing a lot of squatting off my chair, trying to look above my cubicle to see who just walked in. But overall this creates the feel of equal by this accommodation and CA-MX provided that! No more startled by people walk in to my cubicle when I am the only deaf person in my office. I strongly recommend this at workplace.
