I have used these for over 10 years and they always work great and never had a problem with one.

I love the Walker amplifier. It works so good. I can finally hear on my office phone. The first amplifier I received worked for only one day, but when I called customer service, they immediately sent a replacement even before they received the defective one. I have since order another amplifier for a different phone location in my office. Thanks for the wonderful service!!

I bought this to use on my work telephone. In order for me to hear, I have to max the volume up to 9 and get a horrible buzzing noise that is very distracting and hard to hear through. This is probably ok if you only need the volume between 1-5 or so. Any higher, and you will hear a buzz. ***It is possible your phone was not compatible. Can only be used with the handset. Does not amplify the incoming phone line so you can use with a speakerphone.
