Great Product

Wow, very easy to set up, all I did was plug it into box where there is bunch of cords are plugged into. That's it, except I do understand that some are confusing with how it is setting up, first, just follow instructions to set the link on clock, now go to this product, just open where batteries are located at, you will see a small black button, just press it, link is setting up. That's it.

It works very well and always alerted me when someone call me on videophone. Love the sleek style. However, I was disappointed the caller ID displaying name does not apply to VP, only for landline phone which I don't have anymore. That's why I have 4 stars.

We bought the Sonic Alert Home Aware with all the accessories except for the baby cry. We only have VP and no landline phones. It has been working well and would be nice if able to have Caller ID for VP. Many people today have VP and cell phones so no need for landline phones. Instructions for setup of whole system should be more simple for deaf in general.
