This is the best amplifier that I have been able to find to work with my work phone. I tried others, still had trouble hearing people on the other end. Having the UA50 along with the dual headset has eliminated a great deal of having people repeat what they were saying to me. I would recommend this set to anyone who is having difficulties while at work. Thanks again, Diglo for getting this device & hope that you continue to get more products like this for others who are in need too.
