My mother in law has visual , auditive and cognitive problems. But she loves her new phone and us to because she can finally ear us properly.

Nice while it worked

Overall, would be a nice phone except that 1 week out of warranty it stopped working. Something caused it to make loud clicks and hissing noises that would not stop even if the amplifier was turned off. This phone was used very little during the period. Does not seem to be of a build quality for the money.

My octogenarian parents love this phone!
The appearance fits into their decor without advertising its assistive technology features. (Their young friends think the photos are a neat statement, not there to assist memory.)
The amplification is sufficient to meet their needs and is easy to adjust; vocal clarity is superior to another very popular manufacturer's amplified phones, and there is a little lip around the space where the headset rests to ensure it stays securely in place, even when accidentally bumped.
They love this phone so much that they now have 3 around the house!

My 94 y.o. mom can't hear on a regular headset and is intimidated by all the buttons on most phones now. She fell in love with this phone almost as soon as we installed it. It is simple to use and most importantly, she can hear well with the speaker.
We haven't put in the pictures yet but I'm sure when we do, we'll be getting the calls from her we used to get 5 years ago.

The phone stop working i talk but the person can not hear but me it is possible to hear something 1 year in and half out of warranty
cost in Canada past 100.00$ very high price for the quality
