Shipment was very fast. These OTC hearing aids are my backup to the $4000 Phonaks, one of which is now in for repair.

Quick delivery, great customer service,
Unfortunately the first pair were defective. Ordered a replacement much better but the program constantly losses its memory then I have to constantly re adjust the hearing aides to my preferences.
