It wasn't easy to find this. I ordered one on Amazon and it turned out to be so floppy it doesn't sit flat on the ear. Also, it had a curled cord and the spiral was so tight it pulled the device off the ear. So I tried the manufacturer's web site. They charged $18, but the postage was $12. Then I was at the hearing loss convention and asked at the Diglo booth. They didn't have it there but checked their catalog and I ordered it. No shipping charge so a much more reasonable price than the manufacturer. I have a number of these but this is the first I've seen with a short cord and an extension. There wasn't much point for me because everything I use these with need a long cord, but the option could be useful. It was so hard to find it I hope they aren't being discontinued. The sound quality is far better than with ear buds and unlike with the two ear buds, there's nothing to get tangled.
