The ID caller is not good.

The phone itself is okay but the biggest one is that the ID caller just shows numbers. I can't remember whose numbers they are.
Diglo Response:You are correct, the number is all that shows on the caller ID and not the name. We have it listed in the product features as "Caller ID, Number Only", but with all the phones we carry its totally understandable how that could have been overlooked. A similar model you may want to consider that does have the full caller ID info, big buttons and speaker phone would be the Clarity E814.

THE RINGER COULD BE LOUDER AS SHE WILL NOT HEARING AID AND CANNOT HEAR THE PHONE IN THE OTHER ROOM
