This DVD really teaches you nothing. If you are a hearing or Deaf person struggling to learn fingerspelling, this product is totally useless. Don't waste your money.

Had this on VHS and now purchased on DVD. Use with interpreter mentees who struggle with fingerspelling. Not the typical fingerspelling approach, but VERY helpful in creating a template on seeing fingerspelling, just like the description says. It is also a good resource to look at how Deaf people introduce themselves.
Well put together resource!!

I use it for students in a fingerspelling class to work together on improving their receptive skills and also for them to learn what they need to know about Deaf culture (for example: names and nicknames of Deaf schools in major states). It's very useful. I've had good feedback from students.
